Point acquires the largest distributor of payment terminals in Norway.

Point Transaction Systems continues its growth by acquiring Adimo Norge AS, the largest distributor of payment terminals in Norway.

As a result of its partnership with Adimo, Point will enhance its ability to serve large customers and partners. At the same time, Adimo will focus exclusively on sales of Point's products.

Through its extensive sales organisation, Adimo is renowned for the outstanding service it provides to approximately 3,700 customers. “With the acquisition of Adimo, we have reinforced our offering with highly skilled, motivated employees with whom we look forward to working with even more closely,” says Per Kristian Nauste, Managing Director of Point.

Since its formation in 2003, Adimo has grown to be the largest distributor of payment terminals in Norway. “The success we have enjoyed is due to the close partnerships with Point and our customers,” says Terje Kvistbråten, Managing Director of Adimo. “Working together, we are convinced that Adimo and Point can generate better results than the companies would be able to by working independently. It will also allow Adimo to reach larger customer groups than we currently do.”
